Refund policy

At Clothed With Purpose, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear.

Refund Options:

Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose one of the following:

  • Full Refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store Credit for the full purchase amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Special-order items
  • Limited-edition or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (if marked Final Sale)
  • Candles

Specialty Items:

Specialty items cannot be returned through Shopify’s self-service return portal.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Return Process:

To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your Shopify customer account and submit a return request for eligible items.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back according to the provided instructions.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued.
