Refund policy
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Be in their original packaging.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear.
Refund Options:
Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose one of the following:
- Full Refund to your original payment method, or
- Store Credit for the full purchase amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized products
- Special-order items
- Limited-edition or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items (if marked Final Sale)
- Candles
Specialty Items:
Specialty items cannot be returned through Shopify’s self-service return portal.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Return Process:
To initiate a return:
- Log into your Shopify customer account and submit a return request for eligible items.
- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Ship the item back according to the provided instructions.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued.
